Day 3 Doing a bit better

    It's hard to tell when you've become habituated to the pain if it's moved or become less. Wishful thinking or not, I'm going to say it's a bit better today. The writing is flowing like lava. Glad to be here. Glad you are here too. Kathy

    It's a process that takes as long as it takes, and it's different for everyone. Keep focused on the emotions/journaling, and eventually you'll find pain becomes less and less and then is gone.
