    hi all
just wondering, the people who are dealing with low back pain do you get swelling?
my si joint is usually what gives me more trouble.... i got scared when i saw that my back is swelling and stoped my attempts at tms healing (im less active now. i used to walk more)....
should we stick with tms healing even if we see swelling of joints?
    kinda scarry
    and very painful.
end up having to apply ice after walking or seating longer...

TMS can cause swelling. I've had it, not in the back but in a leg.

If you're concerned, have a doctor check it out to make sure it's nothing serious. If he hems and haws and can't pinpoint anything specific, you can be confident that's it's TMS.
