I found this interesting article about doodling and I thought of sharing. http://elitedaily.com/life/motivation/doodle-actually-paying-attention/853119/

I always find myself doodling during meetings and just sitting at my desk... I didn't think of it as a way of expressing my emotions, but unconsciously I guess that is what I've been doing..."Draw a doodle of your emotions instead of writing them down and you will understand your emotions better"

Hi, Ermelin. I like your suggestion of doodling your emotions.

There's a great scene about doodling in the 1930s comedy "Mr. Deeds Goes to Town"
with Gary Cooper. I haven't seen the newer version. Netflix rents the Cooper on DVD.
The doodling in the courtroom near the end of the Cooper film is hilarious.

It's on YouTube: Mr. Deeds Goes to Town: Silly Quirks Scene.

    Happy holidays!
