After I became free of my back pain, some weeks later, I had a bad case of vertigo and dizziness.
I was at my computer at the time, but realized it had nothing to do with that.
A little before that I had gotten into a rage because of my boss. A real red rage.
That brought on the vertigo, as Dr. Sarno and others have written.

I got over the vertigo by sitting down and closing my eyes and just meditating.
That led me to realize what caused the rage which caused the vertigo.

No pills, no wine, just quietly sitting and meditating.
 
Thanks. Gigalos. Your posting was great. I haven't felt dizziness or vertigo since that first attack
but know how to handle it should it return. Anger is never a healthy thing.
 
Man Walt this is a great post. I experienced vertigo for almost 6 weeks.
It was about 2 months before my Pop passed and I tried to put a finger on it.

I really thought it had to do with my work schedule and such.
Looking back I think it was the inner turmoil I had about my Dad.
I know it wasn't long as I had a feeling in my spirit the time was close.

I guess its just something we feel about our parents ya know.
Not until I started reading back over Steveos book did it click.
Its in depth stuff called the shadow as Jung labeled it.
Its like repression except on default.

I didn't acknowledge when his time would be even though I felt it in my heart.
I think if I would have talked about it more with
myself then the vertigo might not have been.

I do know over working will put a whopping on ya but the thought of Pops-
Well I knew it was there wanting me to take heed to it but I wouldn't.

Its something how this TMS really wants us to face life with Open Arms.
Trust Life and yourself- I think the mind knows better ways for us than we think we do.

I have got to lay it out all on the table or it will send a signal or message.
Im glad I know this tool now. Some messages we don't want but as
I continue my Journey I've learned to be more outgoing
More receptive and less negligent of life in General.

When we have an issue that needs to be thought out and
pondered or journaled or soothed if we think we know it- do it.
I think we learn over a lifetime so we can be the best at what we do
so we can help others even better with our Gifts.
