Dislocations

    Hi Everybody,

    Been a long time since I posted on here. Been going through some pretty bad TMS flare ups due to all the stress in my life lately. Haven’t had it this bad since I got out of it 5 years ago. I wasn’t too worried about the pain, numbness, and burning as I know what it is, but I recently went bouldering and I dislocated my left shoulder very easily. I dislocated my right one 6 months ago playing pickle ball. I’m assuming dislocations are not TMS, which sucks. Just seems odd these dislocations come about during very stressful times in my life. Anyways, hope you’re all doing well out there, my friends! : )
