Day 2 Discourage and hopeless

I have no idea 3 things I am angry or sad about. The only thing I come up with is myself. I’m angry at myself for being this way. I’m sad, (but cannot cry) at myself for being this way. I don’t think I’m willing to do the work to get better. It is just too hard. I actually thought I had done this work years ago. I see I have not and I’m in a worse place now. I don’t see how I can get better

I hear you. It’s so overwhelming and discouraging to have TMS. I often feel like you. How will I ever get better? What helps me is to think of those who have. The success stories offer me hope. And also the success interviews on Dan Buglio’s painfreeyou.com on the YouTube channel.

Have you ever read a book by John Sarno? Check out page 77 of Healing Back Pain. It applies to all symptoms. If you have read it, read it again. Keep it firm in your mind.

You can do this! You’ll only be doing it one day at a time. It’s great you’re doing the Structured Educational Program. That will help a lot. Don’t blame yourself. It’s not your fault you have TMS, or even that you have it again. Your body is trying to protect you. It’s just not doing it in the way you want it to. Some say that TMS gives you a chance to stop and re-arrange your life in a better way. It’s the chance to make your life a lot better.
