Does anyone on here have a history of this and/or any experience with healing it? As my TMS healing is coming along remarkably well, I'm finally able to do some of the things I haven't been able to do for a couple of years- specifically lifting weights. While navigating the standard medical system in trying to deal with my back pain (pre Sarno) I was diagnosed by a sports med dr as having a diastasis, which I already knew I had. It's still there and it's much more noticeable now, presumably because my abdominals are deconditioned at the moment.
The typical treatments for it are a series of very specific exercises to close the gap.
I'd appreciate any experiences you may have.

Yes I have had it and a friend of mine had a very severe case. Both of us have recovered by doing the exercises our pt gave us. One thing I did learn is that any pt won’t work. I went to two pts who gave me exercises that made the condition worse. Once I found a pt who specializes in pelvic floor I learned what I should do and it made a ton of difference
