Hey @JanAtheCPA , I've been paddling through the SEP again and found a bad link on one of Alan's pages. The link to the first page is under the Day 9 thing to ponder section, which goes to his piece on Recognize Destructive Behaviors, and then there is a link for Exercise in Recognizing Destructive Behaviors after the three audio clips here that says page not found; guessing they removed it:

I was able to access this file without any difficulties. I think the issue is that the pain psychology center's SSL certificate has expired. This means that when you click on the link, your browser will give you a bunch of warnings. It's still perfectly safe, though. Back when we set this site up, no one actually used SSL. :)

@Forest, the reason I ask for specific page URLs that contain the reported bad link is to save me time and avoid these kinds of misunderstandings! It took me a lot of clicks to get through the main wiki menu to the SEP to Day 9 to the Question to Ponder and finally to Alan's program page which is the one that contains at least two bad links - the ones that are for exercises located on his site. The two I tried are both Page Not Found which does not offer an option to bypass security!

FWIW, I don't edit Alan's program, only the SEP. I don't think it's a bad link in the SEP, because I expect that https://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/TMS_Recovery_Program#Recognize_Destructive_Behaviors is still worthwhile even if the exercises are unavailable.

Sorry about that, just wanted you to know that page is no longer accessible. The SEP itself is fine.
 
That's really interesting. That very same link loads for me on my Windows PC, but fails to load on my Android Phone (both are using Chrome).

Here's a screenshot on my PC: (I used guest mode to ensure the browser was more "default")

I still leaning toward thinking the issue is SSL related. Here's the warning that Chrome gives me when I try to load up the PPC's homepage:

If you drill a bit deeper, you see that their SSL certificate expired on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 12:23:57 AM.

For people who aren't steeped in web technologies, websites use a technology similar to some technologies used in cryptocurrencies to ensure that when you request information from a website, the information is sent to you without anyone snooping on it or altering it. This technology requires special numbers called SSL certificates. SSL certificates expire, and it looks like the Pain Psychology Center hasn't updated theirs recently. Honestly, this is pretty harmless, and I'm sure that they'll get to it soon. In the meantime, since they still clearly have the same document on their site, I can try to temporarily link to an archived version of it so people can still access the file. It may take a little while to set up, though.
 
I wouldn't worry about it too much, it seems like the other people working the program have done day 9 without any issues! Thanks to both of you for checking this out.
