    Hello
I am new to this programme, which has been recommended to me by a fellow sufferer at work. I have ordered John's book, but not yet read it so far. I am a little bit sceptical but also very hopeful, and I think it is quite curious that I match quite a few of the personality traits. I have been suffering from RSI for over a year and it seems to be highly correlated with typing. I currently use voice recognition software, and it would be great not to have to do that, and to be able to write and draw and paint again.

    Hi, Helix.
If you feel pain when you type, it could well be that you've developed what Dr. Sarno calls a conditioned reponse.
Some people associate their pain with sitting, standing, walking, others with long hours spent on a computer
    while sitting at a desk.
Dr Sarnos says we may feel pain but it's just our unconscious telling us that we have one or more repressed emotions
    causing the pain.

You will be able to type, paint, and draw again when you read the Sarno book Healing Back Pain and
follow the 12 Daily Reminders in it that are on page 82. They're here:

But you have to believe 100 percent that your pain is from TMS repressed emotions.

    Thanks.
I think I'm at the point that I believe it logically now, but I guess it will take a little bit longer to sink in. I have ordered his book, and now just waiting for it to arrive. I think it will take me awhile to figure out what is going on emotionally.
