Day One

    Doing my homework for day one. One of my best friends introduced me to Dr. Sarno and TMS. She had chronic back pain for almost 2 years. Within 2 weeks of starting the TMS journey, she lives pain free. This was all the proof I needed. I believe I have TMS. I don't have any doubts or worries at this point. I'm all in. :)
