Day 7 Day off.

NewBeginning

Well known member
Today is a day off and actually, it's a relief.
The journaling has been pretty intense.
And, interestingly having major digestive symptoms past few days more than have had for the past month and have been feeling worse and worse overall.
Will keep observing and continue onward.

You are brave @NewBeginning ! And you always have a great attitude. I know in the long run it’s going to really serve you. Don’t let the symptoms fool you into thinking you’re getting worse— They’re actually a sign that you’re getting your TMS brain’s attention. You’re knocking on the door, so to speak. Your TMS brain wants to protect you from the emotions that you’re digging up— So it’s turning up the heat.

Thank you for your kind encouragement, @Diana-M! ❤️
It really means so much to me as I navigate this.

And, I don't know whether to laugh or cry at how true this is...
So it’s turning up the heat.
As I sit here literally with skin burning/red face - "seemingly" out of nowhere - again this afternoon!
It's definitely turning up the heat!

Thanks again! Hope you had a good day today!

I’m sorry! Hugs to you! Be brave. (And calm.) Mine is turning up the heat since I got back from my trip. There’s usually two steps forward, one step back. That’s what’s been happening to me.
