Day 8

Just got threw with day 8 of SEP, and I needed some advice out of my list s that I made I keep writing about the same person over and over with great detail, I tried picking a trait or a different circumstance but could not pull and real feeling. But if I go back to the same person I can write forever.....any feed back would be welcomed.

I suggest trying to dig deeper to discover why that person is stressing you out so much. The person is the trigger, but the source of the stress is within you. Does he or she trigger some unresolved issues from childhood? Is there something in your personality that explains why the person is effecting you so much? Is there some kind of internal conflict that the person is triggering? Do you feel one way toward the person, but think you should feel another? Perhaps you have already journaled about these issues, but if not there could be a lot of useful information there to aid with your healing. The people who bother us the most are our most powerful teachers.

Boston, I agree with Ellen. You need to journal more about that person.
You need to figure out why he or she is troubling you.

But don't spend more than a half hour or hour on it each day.
Take your mind off of the person by finding ways to enjoy your day.

Ok journaling about that person is not going to be the problem it's getting my mind off the person and the situation but will take your advise and enjoy my day

Thx you
