ok wow, a day off. Kind of surprised because like most I’m feeling if I don’t journal I’ll get symptoms. I’m seeing Dr. Stracks tomorrow and I’m both excited and nervous about it. He’s a tms physician in Chicago. I’m just looking for confirmation in the self diagnosis of tms. My question to others in this forum is how do you prevent crippling pain moving forward? Do you just journal as needed and try to live in the moment? Do you still make meditation a daily practice moving forward? How is it that the pain from tms is kept from coming back?

This is my modus operandi - not necessarily the most effective.
It would be better if I did this
Well, it will come back, but there are two key things:
    1. You don't have to fear it - that's half the battle right there
    2. You now have the tools to banish it again. Using the tools keeps getting easier over time.
