    Hi, Marco. Keep believing the pain is caused by emotions. Do deep breathing to relax
    and more journaling to discover the emotional causes of the pain.

    Don't think the pain is going to go up or last forever. Tell yourself again again that you are going to be well again.

    Thx Walt I am trying .....I am out doing my thing watching my son play a baseball tournament here in Mass. I keeping tell myself it won't last and it's moving around know I have tooth pain I just laugh at it.

    Maybe it's because I am with my wife but we are having a pleasant day together but I am sure I have deep rage stewing in the pot... Lol
