Missed a day I think. Anyways wanted to note something strange and TMS-y. I have been feeling somewhat better after doing this program. But Friday for some reason I was pain free in the morning and night, but at work for maybe a 3 hour stretch I had much worse back pain than usual. It's tricky. Felt pretty decent today though. Just finished the same back pain yoga routine youtube video and today was the least achy I have felt during it. Good progress I think.
