Been reading and working the educational program and am surprised at what I am learning. My past experience, with back pain disappearing leaves me with great confidence in the ultimate outcome. I have been telling my brain that I know where the foot pain comes from, holding the brain out there for examination. I have been walking top straight, with out limping or protecting that foot. I went to the gym for the first time in some weeks as the podiatrist told me to avoid further injury. So I went cause the pain is not from an injury to my foot. The foot is painful today, the day after. I have other sore muscles, and am thinking the foot also has under used a used there for sore muscles following a vigorous workout? Is there reason to believe otherwise? Thanks for who make this forum such a valuable resource.
