    Tried journaling today and liked it. After I journaled I added one thing, forgiving those who were involved. I think this is helpful and I will add it to each jounaling activity. Bad things from our past usually involve others who have hurt us and its important to forgive them so we can move on. I am quite aware of tough things from my past but I don't think I have forgiven anyone. Something to work on. Thanks John S. for this program.
