So today I have a sinus and chest infection, now I never get sick apart from pain. But I got it from a friend ;thanks you kindly. Anyway the point in TMS is a feel kinda poorly and coughing and rubbish. But here's the kicker I'm takin paracetamol for fever etc ...like smarties zero breakthrough impact on pain and because I am so busy with the symptoms of infection the pain has decreased. Now I am on lots of meds but would use tradol or tylex for breakthrough and none for two days.Ergo my mind is busy and occupied with feeling under the weather. Every cloud has a silver lining.

    Hi Saoirse,

You are making a great observation that the illness is taking all your attention, so the pain has decreased.

Start an Evidence Sheet, described here
    http://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/TMS_Recovery_Program#Accepting_the_Diagnosis (TMS Recovery Program)

You might consider a pause in your SEP, and do the full TMS Recovery Program, which takes a few days, then come back to SEP.

You are making progress, and I am happy for you. It starts with small things like what you are observing, the understanding goes deeper and deeper!
