So i have been experiencing intense back spasms for the last 24hrs. I had them all night long last night after having a bad episode yesterday morning. Is this normal? Im exhausted from it today and will likely miss a bonfire my family had scheduled and my sons soccer game. That really pisses me off....especially having to see my wife do all the leg work bc im jacked up.
