Day 47 (Bonus Day 5) Pain free day

    I have had a pain free day and feeling many emotions.

    Some good things from me today:

    - Told my mother in person that something she said on the phone yesterday made me sad. This kind of emotional vulnerability with my parents is difficult for me.

    - Went on an in-law family gathering (outside) despite being very tired. Encouraged myself to have a good time anyway. Went well!

    Confession
    I have been very lazy and procrastinating journaling for some weeks now. I need and want to start the habit again, but I´m feeling resistance.

    Today I did some journaling for the first time in a while. I cried hard for 10 min.

    It felt very liberating inside.
