What have I learned about myself during this program? That my hands work. Still learning about my back. That my emotions and subconscious can affect the pain I feel. I think I already knew a lot of the negative things about my personality that cause my TMS. But it is nice to think about it consciously. And helps TMS symptoms. I mentioned in my last post that it was getting a bit better, and just as the new school week started, Monday my back hurt a lot again because of the fear of my back hurting enough to cause me to be unable to sit and work on my homework. Now I want to start a new problem as my back pain is still here.
