I did it! I have completed all 42 days. I can happily say that I have learned quite a lot about myself and what makes me tick. I have also learned how to manage my symptoms, it has been 22 days without a migraine. I am loving life! I have learned to do things for myself and not feel guilty about it, I will be running a 4 mile run this weekend and a 10 mile run in May, looking towards a 1/2 marathon in the fall. Thank you so much for all the guidance along the way. Stay focused and present, my new mantra.
