Day 4 Day 4

Read and benefitted from first book many years ago. Was relieved of severe back pain and it has not reoccurred. I suddenly developed plantar Fascitis about four months ago. Have been through the exercises, night boot and injections. My brother reminded me of the original book and looking online I, of course stumbled onto this blog and the Wiki site. Amazing resources! So accessible and so appreciated. I am working the program and discovering new truths about my self. I am in my 60 s and thought I had discovered more than I have. I have recognized more physical links than I expected- gastric issues, knee replacement, other chronic aches and pains.

Hi, bobdds. I'm 84 and didn't discover TMS and Dr. Sarno until two years ago.
I'm learning so much more about myself than I ever dreamed. I like myself more
and am more tolerant and forgiving of those who gave me repressed emotions back
when I was a child. TMS knowledge is a very exciting journey of self-discovery.

Goop luck as you get further into the SEP. It's terrific.
