I'm old enough to have remembered a time when Doctors were helpful and not led around by insurance companies. While I am in the thick of getting a diagnosis for recent dizziness and that what has brought me to this program as I do believe it is TMS. Anyway I have had some doctors on my journey say some super inappropriate unhelpful things. Examples severe back pain that lasted after a fracture had healed I was told by a doctor there was nothing wrong with me. My gynecologist when I asked about HRT told me menopause was a part of life, every woman goes through it and I'll eventually come out on the other side. and most recently and ENT who I was sent to for current dizziness said he didn't know why my neurologist sent me to him....ummm really??? Anyway I don't have a lot of faith in the medical profession the only thing I know for sure is healthcare prices will continue to rise while healthcare itself will continue to decline.
