Day 4- bladder/ palpitations

Over the years I always accepted that my symptoms were due to anxiety or stress. I thought I was doomed to deal for the rest of my life. Especially the palpitations (I do have heart issues). But, then 2 years ago when a UTI never felt as if it went away- I didn’t believe my dr- actually main doc, PT, and a urologist- when they said they think it’s linked to anxiety. They KNEW what it was! And I didn’t believe them. I was angry. Then I started seeing more things about bladder symptoms and how they get stuck… TMS/MBS. I wasn’t relieved. It’s not an easy fix. I look back over the years and KNOW all my previous odd stuff I’ve dealt with were ALL TMS… in the past I got over each by giving up and accepting that I was onto have to deal and I was all right. But for some reason the bladder stuff has held on. I need to hold this belief that it too shall pass!! The palpitations come and go and the bladder stuff… I have to let go. I think I’m FINALLY at that place. I have had a lot of freedom ( not today- but that’s part of the journey right??). I’m trusting God through this process. I truly believe I will be used to help others. I just need to keep the belief even in hard days like today.
