Today's question to ponder was whether we found anything frustrating or silly about TMS.....and I honed in on the word silly.
Responding to the pains that still erupt across my body with humor and laughter is silly and a happy oasis in this journey.
The other day my big toe kept lighting up with pain like a tazer had zapped it...in fact, as I wrote that it started up again! Somehow I was able to laugh. How ridiculous is this?!?!
Try explaining that to people around you. Why are you laughing? Oh my unconscious mind is trying to distract me.from repressed emotions by making my big toe feel like it's been jolted by a lightening bolt.
Hmmm....
Maybe some things are better left unsaid!
