Day 32

Imagyx

Peer Supporter
Question to ponder:
When was the last time you made a mistake? How did it make you FEEL?

I know this sounds weird, but I think I make mistakes all the time.
Not everytime big ones, but I'm very clumsy and therefore a lot of stuff happens
I didn't want to. I'm very unsatisfied with that, it's like comparing myself to
an acrobat or a dancer etc. and seeing the posture and mastery I
seem to could never achieve.
I know now that I put much pressure on me here but how does one get lost of clumsyness ?

Also when doing some work of any kind, assemling simple furniture for example,
and I compose something in a wrong way I shout at myself, telling me something like:
"Stupid" or "... and failed again..."

Reading so much about TMS I know that this is exactly the thing to avoid,
but It's not that easy changing behaviour that has been trained for 26 years.
