    I have begun exercising again!!! I started with the elliptical 15 minutes a day 3-4 days a week and walking or swimming on my off days or to mix it up. I have been inactive for 2 years but have a new view on life! I feel my pain decreasing and my body getting stronger. I am still trying working up to weight lifting running, basketball, and raquetball all things I was told I would have to give up but I feel myself getting closer every day!
