    The last time I ran was on april 2013. I tried to do it again several times (including 2 days ago) but with no pain free results…

    It makes me feel old. Like I reached a stage where im not going to be the same as I was until 1 year ago. Nevertheless the other day I could run more at the end of my 2 km distance that at the beginning.. but maybe that is because my muscles got warm?!?!? I don’t know.

    I think you're running faster and better because you're TMS healing.
    We may not feel as great as we did yesterday, or 10 or 20 years ago,
    but we're still doing great.

    Steve Ozanich was great on the Wiki call-in last night. He healed from more
    than 20 years of back pain by forgetting he was in pain and just going about what
    gave him joy. For him, it was golfing. For you it's running. It works!
    The more joy we put in our life, the less pain we feel.
