The last time I ran was on april 2013. I tried to do it again several times (including 2 days ago) but with no pain free results… It makes me feel old. Like I reached a stage where im not going to be the same as I was until 1 year ago. Nevertheless the other day I could run more at the end of my 2 km distance that at the beginning.. but maybe that is because my muscles got warm?!?!? I don’t know.
