    It has been awhile since I have exercised, but for the most part its because I have been very busy studying for the GRE, getting ready for my senior year of college, and spending a lot of time learning about TMS. I may have not been exercising, but I have been doing more in a day than I've done in years. I can study all day, go to work and lift the 6 year old I watch (which seeing her joy that I can lift her is great positive reinforcement). But I will acknowledge, I have the time to at least squeeze a daily walk in. I'm blessed enough to live along the coast and it would be wonderful to get my brain and body used to having GOOD mornings rather than mornings filled with agony.
