    on day1 i went for a walk , it was very painful, i thought i wont do more than a mile, i then have noticed , when the pain increased instead of stopping i run , and the pain decrease , i kept going, walk and then run , i did 3 miles . I was happy even if the pain was still there .
    On day 3 i had a lot of pain in my pelvis/hip , could not sleep at all , but i am hanging there.
