    Exercised today and it felt great. played basketball against people half my age and I did quite well. I had been afraid to play because the neurologist made like my neuropathies were so bad. My feet felt numb after the game but maybe a little less numb than before the game. Actually I felt better overall after the game and that was after 90 minutes of playing. Running is next. ITB has kept me from running but I think its tms.

    Hi, Jimnat7. I can just picture you on the basketball court for 90 minutes. I call that remarkable progress in TMS healing. Maybe get back into running slowly. Don't expect to run a marathon or beat a speed record, just get back into running even if you feel some pain. Your belief in TMS is going to
    make you the active guy you want to be. I hope you're journaling, to discover the emotions you need to deal with in the SEProgram.
