    Today I went walking despite my sciatic pain. I just told myself that I am fine and moving is good for me. My son scooted with us and I got to walk with a friend. It was glorious, and I am in less pain today than, well, the day before I started this program! I am so grateful this program exists. Thank you.

    Hi, NWWU. How great that you went walking with your friend and now feel less pain. Keep that up, a little more each day if you can. It's amazing how good it feels to challenge yourself. Keep doing the SEProgram to learn what emotions are causing your symptoms. Then they will go away.

    Be happy and positive, and live in the present.
