Day 3: When was the last time you exercised?

Q: When was the last time you exercised or did another physical activity? What was this activity? How did it make you feel physically and emotionally? If it has been a while since you last exercised, why?
A: Today. I did a 10 minute HIIT class. Same as yesterday & the day before but different exercises.
I felt motivated emotionally & somewhat able physically (considering I am not fit or flexible). Previous to the past two weeks I have only been doing half hour walks about 3x per week. The main reason for that is the past 6 months I have been mostly confined to my reclining chair due to sciatica pain & waiting for it to improve or heal. Now I know it was TMS & this is because of emotional stressors or physical hallucinations. Last night I could not sleep till 4am. I recognized my insomnia as TMS - the result of emotional stressors. I tried affirmations for about 4 hours but I don't know if it worked to help me fall asleep. I'm not exhausted today though! In fact I got up & did my exercise above & have felt quite happy & relaxed (consciously) today. Peace out my TMS friends. Thank you for reading.

Thank you for sharing! It sounds like you have a good plan in place and are trying different things to see how it works for you. The biggest thing is to keep living your life as you continue the SEP!
