    Three things that make me feel angry

    1. Loss of control over my life. I hate it when outside forces like lawyers, bosses, or Google have more control over my life than I do and there's no way to influence them.

    2. When people I deeply trust lie to me.

    3. When people are late or blow off appointments I've made with them. My time is precious. I don't appreciate when it's squandered. It feels like a personal insult to me.

    Three things that make me sad:

    1. My business and income stream are slowing down in a way that harkens the end. I've given a huge part of my life to build something online and it's not working any more.

    2. Lack of good friends that I can do things with and confide in.

    3. I'm not able to do as much outdoor recreation as I'd prefer due to work pressures and fear about my leg pain.
