    I have stopped weight training and circuits simply because I cannot physically lift the weights up from the floor as my pain shoots down my leg and I can't lift. However, I am going swimming everyday, swimming front crawl for a mile, which I am loving. I am not bothered about the weights now as I have found a new love for the swimming. I used to ply badminton and am hoping to start this again on Friday.
