Day 3- exercise and something interesting I noticed during NYE

The last time I exercised the way I want to was probably last Feb when I rode my horse a lot. Riding was my favorite thing to do and made me feel amazing! It released a lot of stress and anxiety that I carried with me on a daily basis. I do lighter exercise now like yoga, walking, and light hiking. I used to be very athletic. I am nervous to ride my horse again due to my bladder/intestinal/pelvic pains.

I want to add a note: there was something interesting I noticed on New Years Eve. I had no pelvic/bladder pain but I had a migraine and a cough (for no reason) that would not go away. I said out loud to my boyfriend "if its not one end of my body its another". Is this common? For the symptoms to change like that? Now I am home and the pelvic pain is back.

Hi, Kitkatie. It is common for pain to move around in TMS. It can stop in one place and come up in another, then back again. It means that your subconscious gets the message that you are accepting the knowledge of a troubling emotion and it wants you to keep going to discover more repressed emotions.
