    These are the questions:
    When was the last time you exercised or did another physical activity? What was this activity? How did it make you feel physically and emotionally? If it has been a while since you last exercised, why?

    I have a severe sun allergy (it's been 7 years since I've been outdoors for any length of time), so I walk very quickly to get into my car or into a building. Today, I practiced walking slowly outside and kept telling myself that it's not really a sun allergy, it's TMS. I usually break out in red itchy, burning hives, but today my skin was only pink and it didn't itch or burn.
    That's a step in the right direction and I'm so excited for the future! So thankful I read Dr. Sarno's book and found this program!
