    I am still struggling with the pain. I ordered Dr Brady's book pain frree for life. It is an excellent read. I certainly see myself on every page. Keep reminding myself the pain is there to remind of something emotional. A distraction to keep me from thinking emotional.

    Hi Chris1234,
    I'm about at the same point you are and still dealing with symptoms, too. Sounds like you're on the right path by thinking emotional, so please keep persisting. I have found that the "instant recoveries" can be frustrating to accept, but I'm learning that patience might be a virtue after all!
