The recommended reading today was from Dr. Schubiner. I took his poem (in bold) and added what I've learned so far. https://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/How_Deep_Have_You_Gotten:_Layers_of_Health_in_Coping_with_PPD (How Deep Have You Gotten: Layers of Health in Coping with PPD) Notice what has been hidden; How my body is in pain is it’s way of alerting me to what triggered it emotionally (see https://alchemyofhealing.com/causes-of-symptoms-according-to-louise-hay/ (Causes of symptoms according to Louise Hay | The Alchemy of Healing)) Understand what has been a mystery. I can talk to my body and we can work through pain together, especially if I touch the spot and ask it, then listen. Speak what has been unspoken; Whether journaling or to a friend, or just saying it out loud, it all helps. Confront what has been avoided. Welcome the lesson. Accept what needs to be accepted; Everything in life is imperfect, yet always reaching for fuller expression and expansion. Forgive what needs to be forgiven. Even when it hurts. There is healing after the tears. Change what needs to be changed. Make choices consciously.
