What part of the program is most helpful to me? I'd say the reiteration of Alan's posts and podcast help me remember the brain is in control of this pain and that if I feel safe I shouldn't feel pain. The moment I get pain instead of remembering it's safe, I immediately go into defense mode and fight or flight and I need to remember to not care and know I'm structurally safe. It's horrible. Breathing and paying attention helps me too.
