    Since starting this program have you done anything that made you proud?

    I have had a bad stomach infection after 10 days of starting the program. Earlier, I guess that along with the pain and stomach infections, I would have started catastrophic thinking. But this time, I was more aware of the fact that anxiety can take over. So looking back, and I think I handled the bump on the road a bit more gracefully.

    I also missed a few days of doing the program but I am not beating myself over it.
