    Enjoy that swim. Those three things you feel... That's probably where your TMS pain comes from. Maybe journal about each and see where it takes you. Especially the anger. Ask yourself what that's all about.

    Thanks and yeah i was thinking about doing that, will try to get some journal work done on anger next time. :)
