Day 17

Really great information today. In the last couple of days I have begun to do exercises I have not done for many years. Push ups, toe touching twists, jumping jacks. I'm visualizing myself when I did (for us older folks) these to the old Chicken Fat Song in PHY ED. Almost no pain and what little there is I'm ignoring. I believe Steve Ozanich said in a post that he started healing when he began to run again. I will make that a long term goal while celebrating these short term goals. P S Since laughter helps you can find the Chicken Fat Song on youtube. It still makes me chuckle when I hear how silly it was.

Exercising and laughing are two of the best ways to heal from TMS symptoms. You're doing both and it's working for you.
Keep it up and think happy thoughts.
