My pain has been moving around since before I started this SEP. Since I started Day 1, my pain has decreased and moved slightly, but it is still there, reminding me everyday that I still have much work to do. Having it move around makes me very clear that TMS is a correct diagnosis. The dialoging journal write today was fascinating. Writing out a script between me and someone that did not even make the "list". It just came out. Thank you for your support.

Hi NWWU. Yes, migrating pain is a sign that you're on the right track. You're aware of what your subC is doing, so it's trying to up the ante. Sarno called it the "system imperative."
Hang in there. I'm glad you're finding the SEP helpful. I thought it was a lifesaver.

Gigi has it right, that in TMS healing, pain may move around.

Writing a letter to someone, letting all the grievances come out, then not mailing it -- a great way to go.
