I always seem to feel stressed about things at home or at work. Things that should not be that big of a deal. But as soon as I feel the stress my pain flares up. I know it's from my repressed emotions but I don't always know what emotion I am feeling or how to deal with it.

I googled "is stress an emotion"and came across a blog by Erin Olivo that really helped me understand the top 8 emotions that are associated with stress. I highly recommend reading her blog. I ordered her book and I think this will help me when I get stressed. Ever since I read this information today my pain is almost completely gone because I feel hopeful and confident that I can learn how to deal with stressors.
