Question to Ponder: The best TMS related book, article, or news story to solidify my belief in the diagnosis is HEALING BACK PAIN by John E. Sarno M.D. In my opinion the easiest to understand and follow. Any comments will be appreciated.

I love Healing Back Pain Elbe, It is a very good book on how to know you have what is known as tms and how to rid yourself of this stress and tension disorder. Just think if everyone knew that tension caused pain in their bodies. It would be revolutionary. I plan to tell of the TMS problem the rest of my life and Dr. Sarnos Books and Steve Ozaniches book were very helpful but I have to admit all of the questions I had -- Having a safe place to ask them like here at the TMS wiki is awesome.
    Bless you

PS - Wishing you all well on your journey
