I really appreciate Nate's article. While I don't have RSI, I can relate to the trials and tribulations of trying to cure something that has debilitated you and forced you to quit work and stop participating in life (for me, these were anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, PTSD, etc.) and not finding any permanent solution or cure.
What I really appreciate is Nate sharing the three keys to his recovery, how to change your beliefs, theories of Sarno and Gupta, an example of how he resumed activity and he provided reading resources he felt would be helpful. I definitely took good notes and will look into some of the recommended readings.
