Day 10 - Eye strain progress

    Hey all,

I'm up to day 10 of the program (although I spent about a week doing my own research and work prior to it), and I definitely feel better and more confident most of the time.
I have at times recounted the previous instances (dating back several years) where I have experienced eye strain, although not to the extent that it has been over the last year and a bit. I see these thoughts as little barriers of fear.

I have read that the brain tends to express pains and strains in places that may have been previously weaker/injured/sites of fear.

Can anyone shed light on this?

Having said all this, it is really interesting understanding the triggers and having a laugh at how conditioned so many things can be!
