10 months ago I moved out of home into a new sharehouse.

I was working on a very tiny desk that was uncomfortable to work on.

2 months after moving out, a good friend passed away.

I remember a month after that noticing my right hand hurt. Id heard of rsi and knew two people with it, I googled it and convinced myself it was happening.

I switched to left hand typing, no right hand. The next day the pain was in my left.

Through physio I was able to get it all down, until I had to work full-time and do a uni group project all by myself, which I was furious about and worried would trigger the rsi again.

The pain is 90% in my left hand, occasionally it will switch hands though.

I've taken a month off work to just focus on this program, play video games to convince myself my wrists are ok.

    MRI scan couldn't find anything.

Waiting back on confirming if my B12 levels are low too.

TMS makes sense to me, but I'm about 80% believing. If B12 deficiency isn't positive, that number will go up.

    Looking into a psychotherapist too.

Keen to kick this fucking disorder and move on with my life.c

Welcome and good luck with the program! Your pain switching hands quickly is very good evidence that the pain truly is TMS.
